COMESA Delegation pays visit to ECA Executive Secretary

A delegation of COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa ) paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Secretary of ECA, Mr. Abdoulie Janneh on 5 September 2008 at ECA.

The COMESA delegation was headed by Mr. Steven Karangizi, Assistant Secretary General of COMESA in charge of programmes.

They discussed the joint ECA/COMESA multi-year programme of activities, which is part of ECA's efforts to strengthen its partnership with the African Regional Economic Communities (RECs).
