Home > About ADF 2000 > Partnership for ADF 2000 ECA is working closely with partners, to make HIV/AIDS a priority on Africa’s development agenda. For this purpose, a Steering Committee has been established, which is composed of:
Economic Commission for Africa (ECA)
Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS)
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
United Nations Children's Fund The ADF-TAC has been established to help guide the preparations for the Forum, finalize all substantive matters, steer the deliberations and ensure that ADF endures as a continuing process in support of African participation in the fight against HIV/AIDS. TAC members have been selected because of their expertise in HIV/AIDS management in Africa and in a variety of government, civil society, private sector, UN agencies, regional and sub regional organisations and academic environments.
