  ECA Headquarters is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and is staffed with more than 200 professionals.

• Sub-regional Development Centres (SRDCs):
  ECA has five Sub-Regional Development Centres, which are located in Niamey (Niger), Tangier (Morocco), Lusaka ( Zambia), Kigali (Rwanda), Yaoundé (Cameroon). The SRDCs have a total staff of approximately 50 professionals.
