Recognizing that the demands of today's fast-paced and ever-changing work environment increase the need for continuous learning, while at the same time leave little to do so, the organization is placing increased emphasis on widening the range of learning options both to improve performance in current individual jobs and to prepare staff members for new or different types of assignments.
