The Beijing Platform for Action took inventory of 12 critical areas. The African Center for Gender and Development requested the establishment of evaluation reports on the African implementation of the Program of Action in these 12 critical areas. The objective of these reports is to contribute to the mid-term evaluation of the implementation, by the governments and international organizations, of the Platform for Action in Africa.
