Arrangements have been made with the Addis Ababa Hilton and Sheraton Addis hotels for special conference rates for ADF '99. PARTICIPANTS ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL for their bookings and reservations by quoting ADF to obtain applicable special rates.
While Addis Ababa Hilton and Sheraton Addis are official conference hotels to/from which transport will be provided, other hotels are available. Click here.
The Addis Ababa Hilton is a five-star luxury hotel. Guests have free access to all sports and health facilities including natural hot springs swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, fitness center and sauna. Free access to the Addis Ababa golf club is also available.
Addis Ababa Hilton has reserved single rooms at a rate of USD 80 per room per night including breakfast, tax and service charge and airport pickup. Major credit cards accepted.

Sheraton Addis has the following special arrangement for ADF '99:
Classic rooms: Single or double occupancy at USD 95 per room per night not including breakfast, subject to 10% service charge and 12% sales tax. (USD 123.50 total, breakfast not included)
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is USD 11 including tax and service charge.
Trasfer: Sheraton Addis will provide transfer to and from the airport, free of charge. Please advise exact date and time of arrival.
Method of Payment: Sheraton Addis accepts all major credit cards for payments. Room bookings need to be guaranteed with a credit card number.
Cancellation Policy: All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 4:00 P.M. of the day of arrival in fully booked situations.
No-Show Policy: All guaranteed "No-Show" reservations will be charged for one night stay inclusive of tax & service charge.
