We would suggest that if you are associated with a donor-funded project please try to obtain funding directly from that donor. If you are not – but nevertheless have a strong interest in participating in ADF ’99 – you might contact the nearest office of one of the following organisations: UNESCO, the Ford Foundation, UNDP, or the Public Affairs Office of the United States Embassy in your country.
