Considering the lack of adequate information resources on best practices on the innovative use of ICTs by various groups of the African communities, some efforts are being made to document such activities. As part of the process, it is planned to embark on documenting best practices on the creative and innovative use of ICTs by women in Africa. Contributions from all interested individuals and organisations are sought for. The contents can include brief description of the story, key players and partners, duration, resources, etc. Selected stories will be featured on the quarterly newsletter called iConnect Africa. iConnect Africa is a quarterly web, paper and email service that aims to raise awareness in the wider African development community regarding the possibilities offered by ICTs in development.
