Informatics

There used to be an interministerial consultation within various ministries, Ministère de la Culture, des Arts et de la Recherche Scientifique, Ministère de l'Information and the Ministère du Développement, to promote ICT in the country.  However, the civil war and strifes since 1997 have resulted in much destruction, and the policies of the new government are not known yet.
