Telecommunication Infrastructure

La Sociedad Anonima de Telecomunicaciones de la Republica de Guinea Ecuatorial (GETESA), is the national telecommunications operator in the country. GETESA has been privatised with 40% being owned by France Cable et Radio (FCR).

The  Centro de Estudios Informaticos is the major networking institution in Equatorial Guinea and the national focal point for the UNESCO/Regional Informatics Network (RINAF).
