The Centre d'Assistance de Formation et d'Etude (Cafe) Informatique is the largest full Internet service provider based in Lomé, offering e-mail, Web page creation and hosting, web publishing, and dial-up and leased lines access.

The national telecom, Togotel, has established a 256 Kbps satellite link to Sprint, USA and a 128kbps link via Alterent. It is currently reselling leased lines to a total of 7 ISPs, namely AGN, BIB, IDS, IMET, NETCOM, LORDAF, RDD and DEFI.
