This is a new sub-programme on promoting trade and mobilizing finances for development. It has been established beginning the biennium 2002 - 2003. 
This subprogramme has three components namely:

• Trade and cooperation;
• Mobilizing finance for development; and
• Least developed, land locked and small island developing countries.
