Travel and Accommodation
Venue
The Forum events will take place at the Mövenpick Royal Palm Hotel, Dar-Es-Salaam .
Accommodation
All hotel arrangements should be made through the organisers as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation in any of the three hotels reserved for participants. The participants are therefore requested to send their official confirmation no later than 8 September 2007 and approach Mr Henri Minnaar (contacts below) for hotel reservations.

The organisers have identified three hotels for accommodation purposes. These are:

Shuttles will be provided from the other two hotels to the meeting venue.
Travel
For the sponsored participants, the African Development Bank will provide return tickets (Business Class for Ministers and economy class for the one accompanying official). The participants are therefore advised to indicate in the forms accompanying the confirmation letters their names as they appear in their passports.
Airport Transfer
The participants will be received at the airport and arrangements have been made to facilitate their transfer from the airport to the hotels.
Visa
Participants are requested to obtain visas before departure in their respective countries where there is Tanzanian Mission. For those countries where Tanzania does not have an Embassy/Mission, the organisers have made arrangements with the Government of Tanzania for visas to be issued upon arrival. The participants are therefore requested to carry with them copies of the letter of invitation.
