1. Opening speech by the Director of Trade and Regional Integration Division (TRID)
   The Director of TRID will make an opening statement.

2. Election of officials
   The Committee will elect its Chairman and and the other members of the Bureau.

3. Adoption of agenda and programme of work
   The Committee will consider the draft agenda and organization of work for adoption
   

4. Session 1: Regional Integration and Development
   Under this agenda item, an expert will provide some insights into the topic "Regional Integration and Development" followed with discussion.

5. Session 2: Some Perspectives on the State of Regional Integration in Africa
   Under this agenda item, an expert will provide some reflections on the state of Regional Integration in Africa" followed with discussion.

6. Session 3: Financing Regional Integration in Africa.
   Under this agenda item, an expert will address the critical question of "Financing Regional Integration in Africa" followed with discussion.

7. Session 4: Document ECA/RCID/023/02 on Report on the implementation of the Yamoussoukro Decision on Air Transport.
   Under this agenda item, there will be a presentation by the Secretariat on the the implementation of the Yamoussoukro Decision.

8. Session 5: Document ECA/TRID/17/03. Air Transport in Africa : Issues and Prospects
   Simalarly, a representative of the secretariat will provide an overview of Air Transport in Africa.

9. Session 6: Regional Integration and Monetary Issues.
   Under this agenda item, an expert will address the the topic of "Regional Integration and Monetary Issues" followed with discussion.

10. Session 7: Report on the status of regional integration in Africa: Progress, Problems and Propects.
    Under this agenda item, representatives of the secretariat will present a report outlining progress, problems and perspectives of regional integration in Africa.

11. Any other business
    Under this agenda item, the Committee will consider any other business.

12. Adoption of the report of the meeting
    Under this agenda item, the Committee will adopt its report.

13. Closing of the meeting
    Under this igenda item, the Director of the Trade and Regional Integration Division will make closing remarks.
