ECA envisages that after completing the current phase of its programme, it will begin to focus more on individual technical assistance. This means that ECA will aim to provide advisory services and technical assistance to African countries on a needs basis. Rather than conducting workshops for a group of countries, ECA will customize solutions to specific problems that individual countries may have.
