The ICE was represented by experts from the Ministry of Cooperation and Integration in Africa, Nigeria; the Ministry of Planning and National Development, Kenya; the Ministry of Planning and Economic Integration, DRC; the Ministry of Gender Youth and Sport and Recreation, Lesotho and the Ministry of Planning in Morocco.
