education for human development. The Network consists of a core site

The European Survey of Information
Society Projects and Actions (ESIS-II) offers a database on science
and technology projects around the world, including African projects
(English and French). The database contains a dedicated search engine
that permits the selection of projects by combining different criteria:
country, key words included in the project's description and objectives,
application areas (education, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.) and
sub-sectors (e.g. primary, secondary, adult education), technologies
used, and funding.
