International Society for Technology in Education

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) is dedicated to promoting appropriate uses of information technology, support and improve learning, teaching, and administration in K–12 education and teacher education. ISTE’s role is leadership: we provide our members with information, networking opportunities, and guidance as they face the challenge of incorporating computers, the Internet, and other new technologies into their schools.

The Museum of the History of Science in Oxford houses historic scientific instruments that plays a great role in the study of the history of science and in the development of western culture and collecting.
