About
the Governance portal
This portal is designed to serve as an
entry point to articles, documents and links that deal
with governance in general and related topics focused
on good governance, as part of building a body of knowledge

is an initiative led by ECA to set up an Africa-driven
development agenda, designed to advance dialogue, build
consensus, and mobilize partnerships on issues of key
importance to Africa's development. Previous ADFs were
held in 1999 (The Challenge to Africa of Globalization
