ITCA's exhibition at the Forum on African Statistical Development (FASDEV II) aimed at showcasing and demonstrating its activities related to its harnessing ICTs for development programme in general with special emphasis on the projects of SCAN-ICTs and Partnership for Measuring ICT4D. It has also used the exhibition to promote the free IDAMS statistical software on its role as the regional distributor for Africa. Other exhibits included several ICT for development resources and outputs of its activities in building national capacities of member States in the use of ICTs for accelerated and sustainable development. Over 150 representatives from African countries, donors, partners, sub regional, regional and international organizations visited the exhibition. The content of ECA 's exhibition stand included several posters, documents, AISI briefing papers, brochures, and video documentaries.
