Accommodation Proposal

Information on Accommodation

Arrangements have been made by the Economic Commission for Africa to book accommodation for participants at their expenses in the various hotels as listed below. Participants who wish to avail themselves of this service at the UN preferential rates are required to complete the relevant section of the registration form and forward it no later than 01 November 2003.

Kindly note:

1) Rooms will be reserved on a first come first serve basis

2) The Secretariat will be charged a cancellation penalty on accommodation that is cancelled 25 days before the conference date therefore only confirmed reservations should be sent to ECA to avoid a heavy penalty being incurred by the Conference Organizers

3) Registration Forms with participants arrival details should be sent to the United Nations Conference Centre no later than 14 November 2003

4) Participants have the option to book directly with the hotels listed in the Pan-African Implementation and Partnership Conference Bulletin but are kindly asked to note that they will be not be charged the UN Special Discounted Rates

* Cancellation Penalty of one night booking fee for each booking cancelled
