Request for Proposal(RFP)

For the Supply of Drugs and Medical Supplies for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa at Addis Ababa , Ethiopia

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa(UNECA) solicits proposals from qualified and interested firms to supply Drugs and Medical Supplies to its Health Care Center located within its the premises at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Qualified Proposers shall be duly registered and licensed for this type of business under the laws of Ethiopia or in their home countries. Interested firms should write to ask for the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, preferably by email to the bidofficer@uneca.org or by fax to +251-1-511874, or can collect the documents from Room no. 2S13 of UNECA Secretariat building at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, between 09:00 to 13:00 hours and 14:30 to 17:00 hours on Mondays through Fridays between the dates of 19 May 2008 and 30 May 2008. Proposals should be submitted by the deadline of 9 June 2008. No Proposals received after this deadline will be considered.

Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with the UNECA. The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received.
