DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks reputable consultants to express their interest to produce a co-coordinated design (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, interior design and quantity surveying) for the Africa Hall renovation project as launched by UNECA, AU and UNESCO to make it ‘’ monument to modern African history ‘’ on the occasion of the UNECA’s 50th anniversary.

 Vendors that expressed their interest towards this EOI would be invited to the tender by “Request for proposal” (RFP).  This tender envisages selection of a single firm to provide the above-mentioned service.

Please note that UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA.  Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered, as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register before submission of their bid.
