The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) solicits for qualified firm with valid license to express their interest for Landscape and Gardening maintenance work in all existing UNECA facilities. The firm must have Relevant experience and capacity to provide proven services for the maintenance of gardens, plants, grass, shrubs, trees, labeling of plants, etc. The total Garden area that will be covered by the contract resulting from RFP is about 78,950m2. Detailed requirement regarding the service will be provided with the solicitation document at the time of issuance of the solicitation document.
Vendors that expressed their interest will be invited to the tender by “Request for proposal” (RFP). This tender envisages selection of a single firm to provide Landscape and Gardening maintenance services.
UNECA is precluded from entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered, as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register. In order to be eligible for UN Registration, please make sure to declare in writing the Prerequisite for Eligibility criteria itemized from A-E as contained in EOI instruction attached.
