Description of Requirement:

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia will be issuing a solicitation on the above subject requirement. In this connection, the UNECA hereby seeks to pre-qualify experienced and potential firms with capacity to design, furnish install and upgrade the MATV system. Eligible firms, who can meet all of the criteria stated in the prequalification questionnaire, may be invited to participate in the Request For Proposal (RFP) process. The requirement envisages selection of a single firm for this project.

Firms interested in the eventual RFP process should write to the above-mentioned email address or fax number to express their interest by requesting and submitting the completed questionnaire by the deadline of 15 May 2007.

Please note also that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with UNECA. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register now by visiting the above-mentioned website to download the registration forms. The completed registration forms should be submitted by the deadline of 15 May 2007.
