Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Suppression
System for Server Room of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa/Sub-regional Office for Central Africa (UNECA/SRO-CA)

 

Qualified and interested Firms/Suppliers/Service Providers are invited to Express Interest for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Suppression System for the Server Room of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa/Sub-regional Office for Central Africa (UNECA/SRO-CA).

  1. Anyone interested in being considered for this project should submit information supporting his/her experience, expertise and capabilities in undertaking similar assignments in Yaounde or elsewhere.

  1. The following information on adequacy and availability of resources and expertise to carry out the project should be provided as follows:

  • Name of company;

  • Mailing address of company, including telephone number, fax number and email address;

  • Name and short CV of principal officers;

  • List of major assignments in support of :

  • proven track record in the installation of fire suppression system and successful completion of the job

  • full complement of persons carrying out the project

  1. Please note that this is not a Request for Proposal. After a review of the Expression Of Interest by the Selection Committee, a shortlist will be prepared and those short-listed would be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals through Request for Proposal as per specific terms of reference, which would be provided by UNECA/SRO-CA at the appropriate time.

  1. Please also note that the United Nations is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with the United Nations Procurement Unit.  If your firm is interested in responding to this EOI, and is not currently fully registered as a vendor, the firm is encouraged to register now by enrolling and initiating registration processing at the following web site: www.uneca.org/procurement or you may collect the registration form from UNECA/SRO-CA, fill and send to the address below.
