Description of Requirement:

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) hereby seeks to pre-qualify experienced and potential firms with capacity to provide pre press supplies. Eligible firms that may be drawn up from the short list, who can meet all of the criteria as stated in the pre-qualification questionnaire, may be invited to participate in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) process. The requirement envisages selection of a single firm to provide the supplies.

Firms interested in the ITB process should request copy of the pre-qualification questionnaire from the above-mentioned email address or fax number, and submit the completed questionnaire by the deadline of 22 May 2007.

Please note that UNECA is precluded from entering into contracts with firms that are not fully registered with UNECA. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register now by visiting www.uneca.org/procurement to download the registration forms; copy of this form would also be obtained from the bid officer The completed registration forms should also be submitted by the deadline of 22 May 2007.
