The Medium Conference Hall

Of equal quality and prestige to the large conference hall is Conference Room 2 that provides meeting planners and organizers with 1,000-square meters venue with sitting capacity of nearly 500 persons. The arrangement allows for up to 200 heads of delegation, 200 other delegates, a rostrum for 26 and a gallery seating 48 observers. Ideally suited to medium-sized conferences, the hall offers the same technical capability as the large hall with the same ease for proceedings to be conducted smoothly and efficiently. In addition to floor language, there is a six-language simultaneous interpretation system, as well as discussion management and electronic voting systems including facilities for film, video, slide and overhead projection.
