Three well-appointed briefing and press rooms are variously configured with podiums and seating for between 44 and 64 persons. An additional ten caucus rooms are available ranging from 19 to 100 seats. Auxiliary facilities include two chairperson suites with executive offices and meeting rooms, conference clients' office space and a 2,100 square-metres exhibition concourse, business center plus spacious area suited to banquets and grand receptions. The various sized lounges, bars and dinning facilities offer a wide variety of menus, all expertly prepared and served. .

As a multi-purpose conference center, UNCC-AA is well equipped to serve the wider needs of delegates, visitors and the media. Among UNCC-AA's comprehensive range of support facilities are a post office, travel, ticketing and communications counters including banking facility. There is a duty-free shop and a selection of other shops catering to daily necessities as well as luxury buys. First aid, emergency and intensive care is provided by a fully equipped medical centre within the complex.
