The Small Conference Rooms

Smaller meetings are equally well catered to in four conference rooms, each covering 300 square meters and seating up to 115 participants. The configuration of the rooms is for 58 heads of delegation, plus additional delegates. Elegantly designed, the decor and facilities of the conference rooms match those of the larger venues in quality and prestige. Technical facilities are also of the highest standard and perfectly suited to all requirements of the smaller meeting. In addition to floor language, there is a three-language simultaneous interpretation system, electronic voting and discussion management systems, and video, slide and overhead projection with large screens.
