Africa Should Block Illicit Financial Flows to Develop

Africa's developmental efforts in the past have cost it much more than it could bear, forcing the continent to look overseas for assistance. While this has served sufficient over the years, stakeholders at the recently concluded African Development Forum (ADF) have agreed that aid is no longer the panacea to the development of Africa; if Africa must develop, it has to help itself. But first, the continent has to curb illicit financial flows.
