The course aims to build the capacity of African government officials at national, regional and continental levels equip them with the necessary tools to design, negotiate, implement, monitor and evaluate PTA with particular focus on the AfCFTA. In addition, the course intends to build the capacity of the private sector stakeholders in trade with a view to provide them necessary tools to understand the existence and content of the various PTAs and strategize to take advantage.
