The inauguration will be opened by senior officials of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, United Nations and the African Union Commission and will feature high-level participation from Heads of State, Heads of international organizations, members of the diplomatic community, private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media etc.
The inauguration program will feature a series high level events from 21 to 24 October 2024 that will include the unveiling of a new Visitor Center, public lectures, art exhibitions, literary performances, media activities, creative engagement with Addis Ababa community and the celebration of UN Day.
