The African Trade Policy Centre, Regional Integration/Regional Integration and Trade Division and the Sub-Regional Office for West Africa of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (SRO-WA/ECA), in collaboration with the Government of Cabo Verde, through the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy and its Directorate of Trade Services, are organizing an awareness workshop on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Agreement in Praia from 30 September to 3 October 2025.

The workshop aims to raise awareness, foster stakeholder engagement, and inspire active commitment to the AfCFTA Agreement. It also seeks to promote coordinated actions that will accelerate its implementation and strengthen Cabo Verde’s integration into intra-African markets.
