The Simulation Roundtable is ADIF’s highly interactive, scenario-based engagement mechanism for policy design and implementation, where stakeholders collectively test the operational feasibility of policy prototypes and best-practice solutions. It forces discussions to move beyond recommendations and create realistic implementation pathways that clarify governance structures, financing frameworks, institutional responsibilities, and delivery sequencing.
