The African Centre for Statistics (ACS) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), in collaboration with the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD) will organize a regional seminar on System of National Accounts (SNA) Update Programme on 17 June 2021.
The main objective of this seminar is to inform Member States the status and the process of updating the System of National Accounts (SNA), the scope of the research under development, and the experimental implementation component of the new methodological guidelines at the country level. Staff who work in the area of national accounts and other economic statistics of national statistical offices of member States, as well as sub-regional and regional organizations will participate in the regional seminar.
