The academic year is divided into three terms, each lasting 12 weeks. Below is the detailed schedule for each term:
- Term 1
Registration for Term 1 takes place from 1st August to 31st August, allowing ample time for administrative processing before the placement exams. These exams will be held during the first and second weeks of September to assess students' proficiency and ensure appropriate course placement. The course will officially begin in mid-September and run until the 1st week of December, completing a 12-week session during which students will engage in lessons, assignments, and exams. - Term 2
Students must register for Term 2 between 1st December and 31st December. Placement exams will be held in the first and second weeks of January to assess students' readiness for the course. The course begins mid-January and concludes in the 1st week of April, completing another 12-week term in which students will cover the full course content. - Term 3
Registration for Term 3 opens from 1st March to 6th March. Placement exams will be conducted in the first and second weeks of April to ensure students are placed according to their proficiency levels. The course will begin in mid-April and end in the 1st week of July, marking the completion of the 12-week term and the end of the academic cycle.
