The 24th Meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Senior Officials and Experts (ICSOE) organized by the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Sub-Regional Office for Eastern Africa (SRO-EA) is scheduled to take place from 23 to 25 November 2020, with the 23rd dedicated to the expert group meeting on the Blue Economy.
The Meeting will be held under the theme “The Economic and Social Impacts of the Covid-19 Crisis on Eastern Africa: Strategies for Building-Back-Better”
